5. Returns and Exchanges

– To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos of the issue. 
– Approved returns will be replaced or refunded (as applicable) after inspection. 
– Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
