🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kakade Decor

- Order Cancellation
1.1 Customized / Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once:
- Design approval is shared, or
- Manufacturing has started
1.2 Standard / Ready Design Products
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 1–2 days of order placement
- Cancellation is valid only if the order has not been dispatched

- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
Conditions:
- Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video and product images are mandatory
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery
- Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error
- Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Replacement Policy
In case of verified issues, Kakade Decor may offer:
- Replacement, or
- Partial / full refund (at company discretion)
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
