🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kakade Decor

  1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Customized / Made-to-Order Products

  • Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once:
    • Design approval is shared, or
    • Manufacturing has started

1.2 Standard / Ready Design Products

  • Cancellation requests are accepted within 1–2 days of order placement
  • Cancellation is valid only if the order has not been dispatched

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions:

  • Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video and product images are mandatory
  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery
  • Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error
  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds are processed within 6–8 working days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  1. Replacement Policy

In case of verified issues, Kakade Decor may offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Partial / full refund (at company discretion)
  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
